Hello! Thank you for finding my little corner of the internet. My name is Simon, and before you ask, my name is not due to my ability to break into or out of networks. I just combined two of my passions: networking and my beloved spaniel, Houdini. I have been in the networking/security industry for a few years and currently work as a Cloud Security Engineer for Cisco Systems. I decided to start a blog for two reasons: to write articles that cement my own knowledge (I find teaching really aids in learning) and to give back to this community whose articles, blog posts, and videos have saved my butt more times than I can remember.
